Flier, Insiders can sell stock and simply be REALLY slack about doing the required filings. Happens all the time. Especially with a low profile non-filing penny stocks like our EPEA. This is why.. If the stock goes in the trash can. whether Bob and Betty filed 144's will be the last thing on your mind. If the company takes off, whether Bob and Betty filed 144's will be the last thing on your mind. -Madly.. still long 30k shares forever
