The simplest thing to do is call investor relations at FAMH and ask Arif how many reg s deals did the company do during the past two years, and inquire about the terms with Anstat in the BVI. I would think he can provide a copy of the agreement. If he is unwilling, your group can decide if they wish Cleve to demand it. I appreciate the fact that you may have insider information or "clues" to wrongdoings. If so, can you be exact and provide someone here with the concrete information?
