Don't worry, you will find out what 1933 SEC reg. 17 (b) is all about.
law.uc.edu

You flat out failed to disclose your compensation agreement with AZNT when asked, and while trying to get people to buy into AZNT so you could DUMP the stock that you were compensated with. It also appears that when your shares were cancelled or stopped by AZNT, you became a raving nay.

So just how much were you compensated to work for AZNT? You must disclose this amount.

You also claim to have never contacted RMIL with the GRANT program you told me about. You even told me on the telephone that you would not be compensated for it. I brlieve I heard later that you wanted some $50,000 for the job from RMIL. Or was this some other scam artist trying to do a grant program?

Please help my to the right path, I am so confused!

Just like Gary, you are on the wrong path and still have no idea what you are talking about.
