Brad, I think it is quite obvious what this release is about. Joe is tired of waiting on the SEC to get this merger approved and has decided to move forward on his own. So taking this step is a move forward that is going to let each company market and help the other in it's own area of expertise. I still can't help but feel that there is a lot more to ITEL than what we see. Joe is taking no chances of them slipping through our fingers doing it this way. Has to stop and make one think doesn't it. LONG AND STRONG!!! GO DCTC!!!! Bruce
