I feel you are correct. XYLN was not supposed to be bought out, just another rumor. I lot of people were taken by surprise. We know it will happen,will we be ready???? FCC

You may be right in your assertion but Xylan was making pretty good earnings like 0.23/qtr while Fore hasn't and that fact may hamper any possibility of offers right now. Of course anyone wanting to buy Fore will probably get access to inside info that may make them ignore the earnings issue. JMHO for now.
