Harry, The total silence of NAVR management invites criticism...Don't tell me the "quiet period" prevents them from providing general reassurance to investors that progress is being made...Even the IR person is making herself scarce...Perhaps good things are happening inside the NAVR walls, but it would be very good for investors who have good money invested in NAVR to know that...It would not take a Herculean effort for NAVR management to do that, IMO....
