MaoII: Read the CA thread (especially the Yahoo version) if you want to see how nasty shareholders can get when management warns, quite properly, that YK2 compliance might affect growth going forward. The analysts tanked the stock in one day from 55 to 25. It was the analysts who were wrong (the stock having been up to $51 again recently) the company continued to grow and meet expectations, but the managemnent still gets it in the back of the neck - racial and other kinds of abuse. Also look at Crus - the threads are one long rant against the Chairman who took the company from a penny stock to $61 but who then saw it back to $8. I could go on.
