The increased volume is do to Buy Low Sell High news letter featured
CHT as one of their 4 picks for March. Often the low cost pick will run 10 to 20% in the first 1 or 2 weeks.

John, I don't think we will see a lot of institutional buying because of the very small capitalization. There just aren't enough shares to for a fund to buy. Most funds need to invest a very significant amount of money and the number of shares involved would have to be a cross rather than purchases on the exchange. However, do watch for the interest level to rise substantially.
