Gotta disagree, Cos. I think this action, though horrible for current DAY shareholders, actually helps us out in the event we win the court case, because it leaves them basically debt free, and with the ability to issue more shares to raise any needed capital. True, The small amount of the Andacollo claims represented by the suit are overall pretty insignificant, but I think a victory would be more of a symbolic victory and would bring us more credibility.
