Update on ABACF Annual Meeting.

According to the Abacan Corporate Office (10:19AM, 3/4), the Annual Meeting is now set for:

Monday, March 29, 10AM, J.W.Marriott Hotel, Houston

This is a change from the date published in the Preliminary Proxy Statement.

Until the final Proxy Statement actually comes out and is filed with the SEC, one would have to assume that the above date is still subject to further change.
