JOSB is like BEBE and CHCS.. You have to look at it in a longer time frame than just the anticipatory upswing before an earnings play. BEBE and CHCS were once 'toddlers' like JOSB and look at them both now. I'm long JOSB but I do agree it doesn't seem to be a trader's stock. But then the good thing about it is that if it does beat estimates chances are you will have time to get in. If you are long in it I would not be too concerned about holding through earnings but I must put out a general 'disclaimer' that holding through earnings can be hazardous to your financial health. I just don't think JOSB is that dangerous of a hold.

I still hold through earnings myself but rarely are they tech stocks or the kind of stock I can get hurt with. The only stock I got hit with this season out of about 75 earnings plays was one: TRL, but fortunately I mentioned that it was very volatile, and also mentioned that I picked up a small position.
