Just an opinion, based on the fact that historically these sideways patterns typically end with a strong jump one way or the other; and based on the observation that the DJIA seems to be trying to respect both the 9350 resistance line and the 50 day SMA support line, but they will cross soon. So THEN what's it gonna do? Freak out! > And do you also know which way the DOW will go ? You're right, it could technically go either way. But there are a lot of "scarry" things rattling round the market these days, not the least of which is the high tech stock valuations, and interest rate worries, so I assume the break will be to the downside.
