Not being a Cruiser (been on a sleepover boat exactly twice, once a ferry from Maine to Nova Scotia and once across the English Channel, both more than 20 years ago) I'm curious why a kiosk would be necessary. Why not simply put phones in every room just like a hotel, so when you make a call it gets billed to your room or a credit card? I wouldn't think it would be such a big deal to attach some sort of conventional PBX front end to a Globalstar setup.

Either way, I agree the Cruisers could be a good market for either Globalstar or Iridium, depending on where the cruisers are cruising.
