"Who is Roy Wright, VP?" Someone on yahoo beat me to it, and called the company to ask about this new VP (aside: the form 3 filing with the SEC indicated him as a 'new insider,' and as he had no prior large enough stake in the company to have been classed as an insider that way, and this filing was not for a current 'buy' that put him over the level, then we deduce he's new to their management team). The response was that he's been in his job 'about a week' (though the form 3 indicated 2-11-98 as the date he 'became' an insider), and that he was not previously with the company. He's a new director of operations. (Might this be COO?) The wag over on yahoo was whether this might also be a CFO, since Lev had said he wanted a joint CFO/COO. That would appear to be premature speculation. Either way, glad Lev has added someone to the team, to unload some of his personal responsibilities. Now for a CFO! Then for some sales/marketing type(s) to assist Lev. I understand the man's been traveling a lot lately. That may be why a PR did not get done yet for the new VP. Off topic - our 'seller' returned at 3pm EST and again before close. But the shares all got snapped up. Still, I agree, I've had enough buying opportunities for a while. Awaiting the 'news'...... REMINDER: if our indication of a PO will be the actual first shipment (and Lev was clear this is how it would be), and if they are still on target to SHIP by the end of the month, then that first shipment is ALREADY MADE and IN QUARANTINE! I find this a significant thought to ponder. Anyone else? Perhaps it's no wonder the lawyers have precluded any trading of stock or discussion with outsiders until the 'material event' comes to pass. Can't have any 'insider trading.' Note: we may also soon see a filing of a form 4 for the new VP, if they gave him options at the time of his hiring. This might have been done just in time, prior to the 'lockdown' of the employee stock purchases a little over a week ago, if his 2-11-99 hire date is correct.
