Dear Jxcxjx: Well, I am not a securities attorney so I am not qualified to give you an answer. However, I do have a strong SEC background. If a "Materially Important Event" occurs Company is required to disclose it. Otherwise they can disclose as they wish so long as it is not misleading. I am not so sure obtaining an order would qualify under SEC rules as a materially important event as that is normally what you would expect. Thus, if I am correct, it is left to Managements discretion what they need to say. Were I them, I would wait until I had my production up and running and disclose that I am SHIPPING that would be even better than an order IMHO. JDN
