Hi William: The discussion you had with Paul about what may happen to NPA is the "feeble route" I referred to in my post. It may not be dead but I hear the fat lady singing. A further note, when I implied I can not blame Ryan for not wanting to return all his stock I in no means offer to him my support. I refer only to the legal question and my legal advice is that Ryan is within the law when he refused to comply. I understand that position. Trevor
