Dabloc...This recent release regarding WSRg is strange. WSRG has had a report out on PINC since Feb. 8th. In an earlier post I questioned TENNET why this information wasn't widely released. In my correspondences with Kraft he did acknowledge use of this company, and said that this company WSRG gave him the heads up on another company WSRG was going to tout before WSRG released its report on that other company, which happened to be GTCI. Kraft when I asked him about GTCi on one hand said PINC had no relationship w. GTCi other than his having received forewarning to buy GTCI before the WSRG tout...while on the other hand Kraft said that PINC was exploring "piggy backing" onto GTCI for y2k penetration in Asian markets. Kraft basically contradicted himself while establishing a position in a company based on inside information. I'd reported these disparities and Greg's admission as to when he took his position in GTCI to my buddy John Stark at the SEC. I'm also forwarding your post regarding your before hand knowledge of news being released. Kraft in the past would also "tip" me off to prospective news, and even told me of a pending review in a major magazine that never materialized. Such actions on the part of kraft again are SEC violations for this is giving preference to share holders who then therefore can increase their positions based on inside information being leaked. My understanding is that Kraft maintains a "list" of people he tips off to forthcoming news. I fortunately, never traded on any of this information. Kraft seems very interested in pumping share price, and that is what WSRg has a record of doing. Utilizing WSRG IMO is a detrimental move and does a great disservice to any creditability that PINC was trying to achieve. WSRg has pumped the likes of BAT and many other less than stellar companies including GTCI and GGNC. PINC through this old but just announced association has given itself a black eye. PINC still has not released financials though these were long ago promised. Per Kraft's last timing on this the word on the financials was 6 wks and that was 3 wks ago. I will not be surprised not to see any financials any time soon. Without reporting status, PINC has no credibility. PINC needs to have audited financials to verify any announced revenues and earnings. Without audited financials with such accounting, all share holders have are fictitious numbers that don't really mean a damn thing. To the best of my knowledge PINC hasn't even reported who is doing their accounting despite a PR last fall saying that PINC was hiring a "big 8" firm. I'll believe this hiring and the release of the financials only when I see them. I will now keep a closer watch on this board again, to listen for your whispers of impending "news". Your posts are now being recorded, so you are forewarned to be more prudent about any inside info you wish to leak. Purportedly the E-commkit is also to be released by April. It will be interesting to see how this is distributed. Sincerely, ztect cc. enforcement@sec.gov
