He was the former Pres. and CEO of Holly Holding about a year ago. He told me that he now works exclusively for CWRC (Country World Resorts & Casinos. Holly is still part owner of CWRC, approximately 15%. CWRC recently signed an agreement for money to begin construction on the Blackhawk Casino Project in Colorado, making it the largest casino in Colorado. Loan should close in about 60-90 days. I have no details of the loan. HOPR used to own 68% of CWRC as I asked Bill (Patrovich) about that. He stated that the shares owned by HOPR of CWRC are about 8.5 million, or about 15%. He stated that with the restricted shares and so forth in past agreements, it has now been cut to those shares/Percentage owned. HOPR still has value. He had no idea if there is any management running HOPR at this present time. However, if this casino project FINALLY does happen, then HOPR shares will have some value, and should rise accordingly. So you may gamble and buy more HOPR at these paltry prices as I suppose some have recently and gamble a little more that this may finally be happening.
