OT. ARET is SUPPOSED (and I emphasize, SUPPOSED) to come out with good earnings news this week.
Might be worth a play. I am not a pumper/dumper. I know everyone is always trying to make a buck and just putting this up for speculation.

FYI - Siemens WEB-Based Training

Telecom equipment maker Siemens AG, meanwhile, uses LearningServer
from Lotus to train 600 field engineers in a live scenario on several
technologies, including ATM, TCP/IP, and the Internet, says Al Gordon,
manager of the virtual university program at Siemens Business Communication Systems. The classes replace or supplement classroom instruction. "A lot of the instructors that come out to teach are subject-matter experts, but they really don't know how to teach," he says.

Siemens has found that by combining the knowledge of its subject-matter experts with the skills of professional educators that help create the online courses, learning is more effective. LearningServer features interactive tools such as hand-raising, Q&A, and video and audio.

Despite Siemens' success with its Web-based classes, Gordon admits that online training doesn't fit every need. "I can't imagine the classroom environment ever going away, he says. "Even technicians need to go to classes to learn new skills because you can't beat the collaboration you get with the interaction with others."
