Chris, You ought to look at the charts Mike Magner Urled a few days ago. They show that M2 growth vs. stock market capitalization is at an all time low. They have to juice even more than they are to keep the mania going.

I like several CEFs. DSI as a high yield global income fund to diversify out of the risk of the US bonds, Chile Fund (CH) still looks good to me, First Australia (IAF) is a huge bargain, love Southern Africa (SOA), Van Kampen American Capital Convertible (ACS), which I managed once for a few months, is dirt cheap, HQL is an old favorite, India Fund (IFN) looks good, and Pakistan (PKF) is the cheapest mutual fund in the world, IMHO.
