Looks like a case of crashing apathy. Last trade was indeed an hour ago. Lots of stock for sale at 16. Doesn't look like this puppy is going anywhere for a while. I just bought a few on spec so I haven't watched it closely. PDX is the kind of stock that shorts live for. Runs up on fraudulent accounting then the story comes out. Boom! The longs start whining about how there isn't really a problem, but every rally gets hit with more selling. Not to mention about a dozen class-action legal sharks who smell blood. Gonna hold this one down to the teens, I think, since I didn't join the party until 27 1/2.
