Hey guys...not that I really care about your opionions of me- this clearly isn't a popularity contest- but get a clue! My post a few days ago was dripping with sarcasm...which is why I began the second paragraph with "Reality:". Sheesh.

I would love to see a buyout at a nice premium...but I also don't want the company to be managed on a short term "we must merge" philosophy. If they feel that they need a technology or people or whatever, they should go get it,within reason of course, and continue to build the business. And if we do get bought out for the 4-6 Billion range (wishing here...)then 81M isn't the end of the world...

CSCO trading at triple digit p/e; ASND going for 14x sales...maybe we didn't overpay for a little company growing at 70%; and maybe 6B is a possible takeout number for fore...BTW, as an ASND shareholder, I went through some hell at the end of 97 and into '98. TNT probs, back loaded quarters- lousy earnings...things worked out in the end...

Congratulations to all XYLN holders...
