Larry, the following is an excerpt from the 01/98 PR from TMMI. Is this information still current and accurate. I am especially interested in the per share amount as it pertains to the 3,600,000 shares amount as indicated, and if that is still based on the @ 1.00 price at that time that TMMI claims, and has sought recovery of. Please , lets stop the Dr. vs pseudo Dr. kid stuff and begin talking about the company again . Thanks , MAGGIE ******* " The lawsuit alleges that Katherine and Randy had agreed as part of the Second Amended Plan of Reorganization confirmed by the US Bankruptcy Court to return approximately 3,600,000 shares of TMM stock or to pay TMM the dollar amount value of these shares. The suit further alleges that Randy and Katherine have failed to return the shares and have not paid TMM for the funds received as a result of the sale of the shares. During the time that TMM alleges that the stock was sold, the price of TMM shares was in excess of $1.00 per share. The Lawsuit asks for damages in an amount to be proven at trial based on the dollar value of the shares at the time. "

Thanks , MAGGIE" Obviously pseudo doc doesn't want to answer any questions about her pseudo doc status but she expects you and everyone else to answer her questions. She has an agenda but it has nothing to do with the search for truth. If it were not so, she would clarify her pseudo doc status. What is her game and who does she represent? And where is the press release she has PROMISED was coming for the past two weeks? Is tmmi paying her to post on the internet? Can anyone believe anything that she says? Arnie
