GMCH shares are Non-restricted....T A P gave Mr Tilton a package deal being he had 3 companies and the only restricted shares received by T A P are 5K shares of CHIF, restricted for 1 yr.Our contract for the 3 companies is for 1 year, at the time T A P started promotion GMCH was 3 cents, TNRG 2 cents and CHIF 7 cents. All of these stocks went down near end of December due to tax loss selling and GMCH and TNRG dipped as low as a penny.
