ATHM/AOL - With AT&T and TCI behind it @Home has the reach to cause AOL headaches like it's never seen

right now AOL has the market cap to swallow ATHM without too much dilution

I said in early 1998 that AOL should do that. Now ATHM is that much more powerful and expensive

on the 60 million homes mentioned it's important to consider that $30 billion must be spent to upgrade cable systems for two-way dataflow
That means it will take time and capital flow to realize its potential

@Home acquired Excite because it couldn't wait for broadband -- it wanted the narrow to fat band service .. @Home needs more to round out its offerings however
