Hello,

After a lengthy "IM" session with a friend, I thought I would stop by (..just this once..) and pitch a little "heads up" into the pot. No, I don't own share-1, yeah - I'm well aware I'll probably piss a lot of people off, ....but - better forewarned than foreflushed (or 4-times flushed) (or whatever).

Let me put it the form of a little anecdote, and then you can bash the living hell out of me - and go on about your "thing"!

Once upon a scam..., there were some sleazy, greedy SOB's who lived in a slime sucking burg called Vancoveryourass, Canacordia. Whenever they'd pissed away all their stockholders money on general foolishness and personal loans to each other, ..they'd throw a DEBENTURE PARTY for stumpy old farts in the neighborhood..! For door prizes, they'd give the old farts lots and lots of shares with super-goofy conversion privileges at ridiculously low prices. This created an "..old fart's club.." that could suck several thousand dollars a week from stupid, regular every-day investors, by buying, shorting and selling super-cheap converted shares just for "yuks"...!! The Chief Sleazeball in Charge, at this imaginary goofy company AGTIwishywashy, Incontravertible, is rumored to be behind some new oh-so-glorious bingo operation; disguised as an advisor/consultant. Dear Old "Sleaz-O", and his Scam-buddy Laklusterandswipe, lived happily ever after as AGTIwishywashy slogged into non-existence after they and the "o-f-c" sucked it dry and trashed it. Their motto for all future ventures in purported to be "..can we do it [to] for you..?!?!?!?!?".

Before you spend a whole lot of money on ANY venture - you better find out who's hiding under the bed (with a stiletto in their hand)..!!

Best of Luck,

an AGTIwishywashy victim
