THIS WAS MY REPLY TO THAT YAHOO POST. This guy is not well informed. ATT has already bought their stake in ATHM, where has this guy been?

AOL will have to deal with ATHM/ATT,

they won't be buying them.

Remember the history of the past year. ATT wanted to buy out AOL back in June. AOL rebuked ATT. ATT
the following week made their play for TCI/ATHM. (Get it???) ATT's strategy was this: you can deal with us
now, or you can deal with us later...but either way AOL will have to deal with us. So ATT gets TCI/ATHM
puts AOL in a very tight spot. Now we have people like you posting that AOL will buy ATHM, or they will
have to buy ATHM. Don't you get it?? ATHM isn't for sale to AOL. ATT calls those shots. The best AOL can
do is come back to ATT with hats in hand and make a deal with ATT or be bought out themselves by ATT.

So if this guys right 122,000,000 shares outstanding times 2 = 244,000,000 times $300, anyone with a spare 73.2 BILLION dollars can snap it up or we can wait 3 years and it will have a market cap of 244,000,000,000. But we will have more than a million subscribers at that time! Who writes this stuff?!

ATHM has the pipes but it doesn't have the content to attract eyeballs yet. They need to make an alliance with some compelling content providers.
