I am a TA wanna-be... but I seem to know enough to improve my own investing performance. So take this for what its worth 'cause it may be worth nothing... There is very little historical precedent or basis for support at any level near here, over the last three years, so identfying support and resistance needs to be done based on recent history. I think a strong close above 24 is convincing enough. I suppose resistance looks to be 23 1/2. Also the higher low set on 2/26 felt good. When I look at the chart for three years I'm pleased to see very little time spent at these levels...just eyeballing it but if 90% of its time was 30+, seems like as much a sure thing as anything is.
