Andreas,

You forgot to mention that this "let's force the issue analysis so that our prior analysis doesn't look so bad" was done by the same analyst(Wole Fayemi) who upgraded Vivus to a strong buy in April 1999 at 8 which resulted in the stock trading up over 14 in 2 days.

His target price was $23.00/share by the end of 1998(I believe the December share price average was under $3.00/share).

He no longer is employed by Cruttendon Roth. I wonder why?
