How does WAVX withstand an HP buyout offer?? My understanding is that WAVX's finances suck and they are hoping for a financial package from HP. Also they are incredibly dependent on HP for marketing, development, sales, ... I don't see how the Sprague's can say "No" to an HP buyout offer (around $25). I don't want to see it happen either, but I think that it is inevitable and unavoidable. Hoping that I am wrong
