Does anyone know if Seymour report to Cramer ? Normally it's the boss who has all the answers.

According to info at TheStreet.Com, while Cramer is on the Board he has no control or review of editorial content other than his own column. In the case of his own column he has to follow the same disclosure rules as the the other columnists.

Seymour is a left-over from PC Magazine

His expertise is that of a journalist mostly trained in writing copy at the alter of Microsoft worship at PC Magazine.

Cramer elevated him to investment guru largely because Cramer likes tech but isn't tech savvy. Presumably Seymour is their tech savvy person.
