Hello Vaughn,

Thanks for the excellent update. It was nice for those of us of lesser technical ability to get a translation from you.

While I am hopeful of success in the NWT this season, I was especially intrigued by the potential tonnage at Klipspringer. Firstly, the fissures, now 3 in number, seem to have a whole lot of ore that can be put into piles for easy feeding thru modular expansions to the existing plants. Secondly, the five anomalies with signatures like M1 would seem to indicate that more ore, and hence longer lifespan for Marsfontein, could be in the cards.

Is there any indication whether these anomalies are related to the M1-Leopard system? Or are they separate sources elsewhere on the property? What about exploration on the rest of the property?

In my talks with folks at SUF, they feel, and these are my words, that Marsfontein could produce for at least five years and probably longer. It seems that SUF has a vision for the future in RSA which they have been unable to impart on the analysts, institutions, or us regular investors.

Just imagine what finding one more pipe, even half as good as M1, even at 40%, would do to cash flow out two to three years! A couple more small pipes, even at lesser grades, would allow for a much larger cash flow multiple from the analysts, a la Aber and Diamet. With (my numbers) cash flow for 1999 likely between $2-3, and applying the 10 multiple given to Aber and Diamet (because of their longer lifespan), SUF should be worth well over $20, before considering discoveries in the NWT, or Camafuca, or anything else that might come up!

I agree with your math: How come this is a $7.00 stock?

Regards,

Confluence

PS Another pat on the back to Vaughn for all his work!
PPS And to Goalie -- I've never seen a goalie score so many assists!

Hello Vaughn! Wow... I had to catch my breath after reading your outstanding dissertation! You have done a great service to all of us on this thread -- its unfortunate that not ALL investors, analysts and the public are not yet privy to this information!
Thanks again.
Regards. Goalie.

Hello Vaughn. Thankyou for the tremendous post. Your work is greatly appreciated.

A big thankyou to all the other contributers here as well. Someday the full value of our company will be recognized by the greater investment community. In the meantime if it comes back near $6 I think I will buy a few more ;^ )

Regards,

Andy
