DynamicWeb to Present "Best Practice" Case Study Along Side of Cisco, Boeing and Bristol Meyers Squib

ANDOVER, Mass., March 3 /PRNewswire/ -- According to a recent survey conducted by META Group, overall software and systems integration service expenditures for Customer Relationship Management (CRM) are projected to grow from $1.5 billion in 1998 to $4.7 billion in 2001, a compound annual growth rate of 46 percent. DCI's Customer Relationship Management Conference and Exposition, at San Francisco's Moscone Center, April 19-21, 1999, will showcase the technologies and strategies enabling global businesses to increase customer satisfaction and improve business results through CRM initiatives.

A highlight of the conference will be "best-practice" case studies presented by leading global companies.
