..but what are the chances that increased borrowing would drive up bond yields? And, what are the chances that increased bond yields would drive up required rates of return? Hmm.. I still prefer the certainty of saving coupon payments today. After all, if the government's in real trouble, it just rewrites the law and cuts benefits.
