This is soooooo damn funny. I logged onto Yahoo quotes and pulled up the stock prices...saw that CSCO was off $2 and said to myself.... "I bet Jach has posted some sort of babble"...and sure enough...here you are. Doh! Talking about gloom and doom..how CISCO is off and that NAZ is holding up..

Hey check this you moron.

DELL -1.8%
Msft -.5%
Intc -3.3%
Cisco -2.3%
Amzn -3.8%
LU -1%
NT -1%
NN +6% (these last three are up on takeover spec.)
FORE +3.2%
XYLN +32% (well more than speculation...eh... ;)

Jach....looks to me like CSCO is in the mix as far as decliners... You know, you'd be so much easier to listen to if you were metered with your posts as opposed to being all gloom and doom. Maybe then someone would listen to you.

OG

jach,

Sorry, but you are not making sense.

Cisco has much bigger margins than IBM and probably someday will surpass IBM in sales.

Everyone on this thread asks what you own. I'd like to see you put your money where your mouth is. How about it?

Do you have the guts to tell us?

Jach,

Please do me a favor. I realize English is not your native language, but try to understand:

Just because Cisco has a market cap that is greater than IBM does not, in itself, prove that it is overvalued.

Microsoft has a market cap much greater than IBM's. Why? Because their earnings growth potential is much greater. Like Lucent, in some ways, IBM has an awful lot of businesses that are just never going to grow substantially. IBM is transitioning away from these low-margin businesses, but it is a long process.

The fundamentals of IBM's business are vastly different than Cisco's. End of story. Posting the same thing over and over and over again does not make it true. It just irritates people who try to read this thread for new content.

So, let it be known, for the record:
"Jach believes that Cisco is overvalued because it's market cap is greater than IBM's."

There. See, no need to repeat. We all get it.

Jach,

I think it may mean that IBM is undervalued. (I bought IBM calls at the end of the day in case you are wondering) LOL

jach- what kind of English is " This is not a good sign as nasdaq is not changed much. More and more investors are realizing that CSCO having the mkt cap Bigger than the giant IBM does not make any sense and they're probably dumping the stock." ?

You need to go back to school and learn how to write basic sentences.
