Blue, thanks for the reminder to do the self-exam on the 2nd of the month.
Time is of the essence in catching breast cancer and so many other problems, before it develops too far and the cure is more difficult.
The recent issue of Newsweek has the whole magazine devoted to women's health particulars and it stresses how regular self-exams and self-assessments, a yearly physical, and a yearly pap test and mammography is so important to maintain health. New discoveries and cures coming along are combined with heightened awareness of the importance of self-examinations and timeliness; it's an improvement.
A tip for ladies - eat soy and/or sweet potatoes daily to get a natural form of estrogen especially as one gets to be "of a certain age". Better than expensive processed health store herbals, etc.
Health and Prosperity to Pals,
Joan
