Yes, they are in re-organization I believe. I have to go read the thread at SI to find out. I have not been following. But if it is hyped enough as an internet play, who knows? I don't even try and question some of these moves anymore, I just go with it....I will let you know more.

CRNC is starting to heat up in anticipation of the conference call.

I am hearing rumors that this deal coming down will allow them to qualify for a NASDAQ listing.

That tells me the deal is huge.
