Nonononononono!! Auntie is a Loyal Stooge!! He doesn't question Spidey, ever! It evidently seems to him quite logical to commit large amounts of money to a speculation on the word of a guy who runs a gym outside Chicago, and whose "investing" track record, as evidenced here at SI, is absymal.
