I definitely think this company will grow, but I just don't think there ready for prime time right now. Your post sums it up.. I bought this stock at 4 1/4 awhile back and didn't want to tie up my cash until it settles. I will be back, because I believe in it.. Sprintcar

As for the 144 filing, that stock is not entering the market now. As indicated in the description of section 144 filings on Company Sleuth, "Typically, the shares indicated on a Form 144 have probably already been sold by the time you see the document."
