OK Ritch, MD's been selling for years at significant discounts to current prices.

Love these one-time genius posters. Total joke.

Great post, Ritchmc! You've uncovered THE BIG SECRET! BTW, did you bother to research the past historical trends in insider selling at DELL, before you posted this HOTTER THAN HOT information?!

I think that you'll find that MSD and others sell on a systematic basis (and not market-timed contrary, to your opinion).

-First of all it has been posted earlier. It seems to be a favorite "post" by those interested in TRYING to give Dell a black eye.
-Second, Michael has made it a steady diet to sell pieces of his position.
-Third, it is a VERY SMALL portion of his position.
-Fourth, he will have twice as many shares as he has now within a couple of days.
-Fifth, if there was something devious going on I believe he would've manipulated the numbers so he could've timed his sale at the $110 mark, not below $80
-Sixth, how many CEOs of other successful companies take a little off the table. I would.

I'm sure there are a ton of other items which could be noted here but these are a few that come to mind quickly.

In the event I've misjudged your intent, I apologize.
