I found the article on Thomson Kernaghan very interesting, and it seems to apply to more than just one stock. I have heard of this firm and their alleged practices and I would like to know the truth. RTIN is a bulletin board stock and there does seem to be room for manipulation with a bulletin board stock. I have also been told that it is illegal to short a bulletin board stock; I don't know if that's true, but if it is true and Thompson Kernaghan is alleged to be shorting bulletin board stocks, then there should be a full investigation to protect the investing public.
