I believe it is false. While Xoma management is first class, there just are not enough of these great people to replace all the multi layers of management at Bayer.

Also only one of the upper management of XOMA speaks German.

It is also incorrect to assume that Bayer, is seeking to evade, claims related to its' use of slave labor by becoming a Bermuda Corporation through a merger with XOMA. Other methods, will however, be used.
