Nathan, there are lots of 'ambulance-chasing' law firms that look for opportunities to start a class action suit, especially when they can find a stock price that drops and some evidence of the co. making misleading statements to get the stock up, before that drop happens.

Typically there are many law firms that start suits for a given stock, and the various suits get consolidated later on. You can be sure that
* the suits will progress,
* eventually shareholders will receive letters asking for how much money they lost in the stock via trades in a specific time window,
* some lawyers will make some money out of it, but most shareholders will never see a nickel in the end.

That's my experience from seeing this before.
