Egads, that's some serious allegation, one the SEC can't possibly ignore. It certainly would go along way for accounting on how PINC's share price dramatically moves the few days preceding a press release.

Of course I look forward to reading Mr. Kraft's response which I assume will be forthcoming.

Ztect,

I'm not sure yet whether or not to be thankful for your warnings or not. I certainly do not wish to be a conduit for their hype, and will be on my guard against that happening. I will be watching the coming events carefully, and I'm sure we'll learn quickly if this is a POS, or a real company with significant growth potential.

I hate to think that GK is deliberately priming the pump with phony or misleading statements and press releases; for the moment I choose to believe that he may be overly exuberant, and mistakenly had given out dates for upcoming releases that were unrealistic, or should not have been released at all. I'd like to see that change, as there may be some real value to PINC. But apparently, he, and the company, need to exercise a great deal more prudence in the handling of the company PR.
and IR.

I can't be sure of your motivations on your position with PINC, although I would have to think you were burned by some "hype", or you have some other altruistic reasons for your "warnings", and I appreciate your posting of any valid information that I should take into consideration. However, your "forwarnings" sound highly personal, and I don't appreciate personal threats ("you are forewarned"), I wonder how you have the audacity to post these "warnings", and to take such a "mightier than thou" attitude. However, for the moment, I will make the assumption that your meaning is to be wary of the company information coming from Mr. Kraft, and hopefully not directed at me. I will allow for your clarification.

Personal threats just reduce any credibility that you might have, serve no purpose other than being annoying, and are very babyish.
