Wasn't a downgrade. Oppenheimer is a new coverage and they came out with a buy reco. Because of the weird reporting formula that "buy" is valued at a "2" with strong buy as a "1". When added to the other buys and strong buys, this "buy" pulled the number down slightly.

Not sure when it occurred and not sure exactly by whom but I'm guessing it was Josephthal. Sharon de Stefano, the analyst who provided the coverage there, has left the firm. I don't know if Josephthal will be contintuing coverage or whether de Stefano will continue covering PLMD from her new perch at Ryan, Beck & Co., although I doubt it since their equity coverage is primarily banks, trusts, and other financials. Currently I presume strong buys from Cruttenden and Branch Cabell and buys from Oppenheimer, Oscar Gruss, and Josephthal. Someone correct me if I'm wrong.
