It's official ----- PSX2
ebworld.com

$420 is kind of pricey but not bad consider it includes DVD, MPEG2+AC3 decoding. I am sure the PSX2 is capable to playback DVD movie, although Sony may charge extra for that like its VCD PSX in Asia. It is backward compatible with PSX so people can play Rugrat, Shao Lin Devil Dice with it.

If Sony can release it in early 2000 (unlike its HiFD), Sega is in real trouble!

What is the deal with NCES 40% run up?

On no news, to boot. (Must be some coming I guess).

I am jealous, one of my 'value' stocks got clubbed for 10% today.

Congrats on the apparently excellent company that was overlooked by the market.
