AFTER THE BELL - National Computer <NLCS.O> Shares of computer networking firm 3Com Corp <COMS.O> fell $1 to $26 as the Santa Clara, California company said it sees a shortfall in its third fiscal quarter results due to industry-wide seasonal weakness. Meanwhile Nine West Group Inc. <NIN.N>, a women's shoe making company, remained halted. Jones Apparel Group <JNY.N> is rumored to be interested in buying Nine West.
