Late Breaking Merrill Lynch Comments--

Merrill Lynch is maintaining their Intermediate and Long Term: Accumulate Rating

Revising 1999 estimate from $1.35 - $$1.40 to $$1.30-$1.40
Year 2000 EPS remains $1.90-$2.00

They also point out that historically,February is their weakest seasonal quarter.
