Mike, I am as disappointed in 3com's performance as you, having ridden this stock from 36-50 and back, but there is no comparison between this stock and Ascend for the past several quarters, regardless of Lucent. Earnings have risen every quarter, margins have been maintained, and market share in core products has risen. At no time has the financial team or Mory lied to us about a quarter going as planned and then tanked it as badly as 3com did today. Going forward, 3com has to be worth significantly more than mid 20's, but the team there needs to establish a continuity in earnings estimates and surprises. BTW, if we hit low 20's it has to be a strong buy, regardless of market conditions. Regards, Brian
