Doug, What makes you think the SEC and TSE have as much time on their hands as you do? As far as I understand, insider information is important information about the plans or condition of a corporation that has not been released to the public. Since we all know the plans of the corporation, and Jerry hasn't indicated he knows the condition of the corporation, the SEC and TSE would laugh at your idea of insider information. Denise.
